At North Coast Surgical Suite we aim to provide the best possible service to patients, doctors and other visitors. We welcome all feedback both positive and negative and responding to feedback is part of our commitment to quality care. We give due consideration to all feedback and suggestions and aim to acknowledge all feedback within 24 hours.
Feedback may be provided in various ways. Verbal comments may be handled by senior reception staff who will escalate to the Office Manager, Practice Manager or treating clinician as appropriate. For more serious matters it may be requested to immediately speak with the Practice Manager.
Written feedback may be provided on the form downloadable below which may then be emailed to the Practice Manager, placed in the locked feedback box in the practice waiting room, or mailed to the attention of the Practice Manager. There are also printed copies of the form available beside the submission box in the waiting room.
